Yogi Anant


Yogi Anant is born in a small village in Himalaya, near Holy river of Ganga. Even as a little boy, he had his first meditative expiriences. Feeling that meditation is his natural state, he enjoyed spending time in nature. Whatever he would do, he would do it with total awareness and peace. He felt this meditative state of inner silence and serenity since he was really young. He felt and he knew that we are much more than just a human body; that we are, after all, spiritual and creative beings with almighty potential and power within ourselves. He was always interested in spiritual themes about development of human beings on every level. Inspired by many yogis in Himalaya, he was interested in every ancient yoga tehnique about discovering the deep peace and harmony in human body and mind. Every day, he complements his knowledge about yoga and holistic health by learning through many books and seminars, and of course his own sadhana daily practice. As he states 'Yoga is in my blood', and he knows very well that only awereness in every single moment can bring love, peace and health, what we were given by our birth.

When he finished Master degree in college, he knew that that way of life will not fulfill him since his ambitions were totally different. He wanted to become a Yoga teacher.

He signed up in Yoga University in Rishikesh and after years of education his qualifications include :

Anant's area of yogic expertise includes : Traditional Patanjali Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Yoga Philosophy and Meditation. His professional experience includes his participation in Yoga Camp organized by Omkarananda Yoga Academy and in Yoga Camp organized by braham Yog Mandir Trust.

He is Life Member of Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad, New Delhi, Life Member of Uttaranchal Yog and Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti and Life member of Bhrham Yog Mandir trust.

- 2nd international conference on Psychotherapy, Yoga and Spirituality on 27-29 Nov.2005 at Ved Niketan, Haridwar (INDIA)

- 30th Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Conference (AINCF) at Rudraprayag Koteshwar mahdev on 14-16 Oct.2005.

He gave more then 100 Yoga workshops/Yoga retreats in different places while simultaneously teaching yoga.

After few years, he moved in Mumbai where he mostly worked as a personal yoga teacher for very ambitious and rich people that were living big-city lifestyle.

His goal is to awake faith in every individual. "It is extremely important to love and believe in yourself".

He states that God is not separated from us. He is within us and we are within God.

"We should learn to love oureselves, beacause love is an unbreakable part of us and by loving ourselves, we love the God that is within us." His dedication, gratitude, receptivity, love and individual approach to students abstract the best of each participant granting highest teachings of yoga.

He teaches how to stay calm and aware even in rush hour.


A descendant of a Himalayan Shamanic Tribe, Jyoti Shiva grew up in the foggy Himalayas, where he lived with his Shepherd family, his grandfather (husband of the youngest sister of his grandmother) who had been practicing Herbology from many years in an Indian Himalayan village known as a Vaidh. With a curious and inquisitive personality from a young age, his spiritual journey started at a very young age with early morning hot natural Bath in the village center, where few other elder yogis have their first bath before the villagers.

Jyoti Shiva had freedom of study and own exploration of life in farms village’s cities.  He used to wake up at 2 AM in the morning to solve mathematical and physical equations, while His parents asleep. There arise many questions about life during His late Teenage Time but society tried hard to avoid all his questions and He completed Master’s degree in Science and joined Lectureship at Young Age.

But Left Lucrative Job for the sake of His own Journey after 6 months.

Jyoti Shiva Yoga Teacher

Jyoti Shiva traveled to various places and learned from various teachers all over the world. He completed various training in different parts of India such as Rishikesh, Dharamshala and learned yoga, Vedanta, kriya yoga, Iyengar yoga, reiki, tantra yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Advaita practice. In 2000, while he was teaching yoga in Europe he was offered a substantial career owing to his qualifications i.e Masters in physics and mathematics, but he chose the offer. Rather he decided to travel extensively in India and further develop his abilities in order to gain a fundamental understanding of life, the universe and further pass it on to people to seek the same answers for the betterment of their lives.

On his journey, also discovered the magic of his own internal rhythm and voice, went to various Classical teachers/gurus and performed at international gatherings. Eventually, he attained the answers to his lifelong questions through meditation and the grace of the universe while he was in the Ramana Maharishi Ashrama in south India.

He falls into Deep Passivity of Peace Freedom Joy Health. eventually, In 2008 October  He ended up visiting His Tribe, parents villagers after 7 long years of No Communication at all ( according to Him, l and others are children of Almighty )

And yes His parents accepted Him with Open Arms and allowed Him to Walk Live His Realization and Passion. Eventually, He found a way to Transmit His Realization through Teachings seminars training throughout the World.

Karuna Devi (Guest Teacher)

Karuna Devi is qualified Ashtanga Yoga teacher and Laughter yoga teacher. Her true life journey began about 15 years ago, when she was triggered with her inner displeasure and many different worries and fears. Then, she found herself in a world of ancient knowledge of mind, spirit and body; in Yoga. She fell in love with this lifestyle right in the beginning of her development. She felt big change on physical, mental and spiritual level. Ever since, she learned from her teacher Shree Paramhans Mahamandaleshvar Swami Mahesvarananda. He is a founder of international system 'Yoga in Daily Life'. Additional knowledge and skills from this area she gained by visiting many different seminars and by practicing yoga with different yoga teachers.

With her progressive and continuous practicing of yoga, she insights 3 main fundamental facts that help us build our figure, while at the same time changing our daily habits, behaviour, thoughts, understanding, specified attitudes and appreciation of others. Those 3 fundamental facts are: daily-routine yoga, balanced diet and laughing minimum 15 to 20 minutes every day.

Karuna devi

If we continue the practice every day, all positive aspects will begin to develop, not only in us, but in the environment and society we live in, as well.

She says that yoga helped her in complete transformation of her nutrition. She began to love macrobiotycal and completely vegetarian diet because it has a huge significance in improving our vitality, self confidence and enthusiasm. Although, nutrition itself is not 100% builder of our better tomorrow.

Dr. Neha Dhiman (Guest teacher)


Neha is a well experienced Physiotherapist who found passion in teaching Anatomy and Physiology for Yoga Teachers. She is happy to teach and practice spirituality at the same time.  To supplement her practice, she took studies on Maitland Approach – Manual Techniques for Various Peripheral Disorders, NDT in Adult Hemiplegia, and Myofascial release.

The journey of her life is started in 2013 she meet many students by suffering of certain yoga injuries and her passion is not to treat them either educate them what should they have to do for recovery by them self. Also she met the people who suffered by certain condition like Parkinson, postural abnormalities, Alzheimer, arthritis & back issue. Then she start a unit of a subject for them how to educate them to deal with the conditions by them self. A small plan was starting of Self Myofascial release therapy with combination of yin yoga and deal with yoga injuries and certain conditions, although first aid, and rehabilitation in Rishikesh.  On 2017 she start to teach Yoga anatomy with physioyoga therapy. By this small unit she found people are much aware about physioyoga and general aids. She works on breathing technique for certain breathing disorders like Asthma, Bronchitis and Dyspnea etc. with combination of yin yoga. She start it with the Facebook page of Rishikesh yin yoga and physiotherapy. Her mission is sustainable physioyoga for all.
