About Our 300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course

Welcome to the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. This course is an up-gradation of the 200 hours of teacher training. Those who have completed the 200 hour teacher training course are eligible for the 300- hour course. This course is meant to take your learning to the next level and you would learn advanced yoga steps amidst a holistic environment. Yoga has the power of healing mind and body and it also helps one connect with the soul.

Yoga is fundamentally a Sanskrit expression which means a right balance of body, mind and soul. As per the viewpoint of yoga, a harmonious balance of the three elements is crucial for health. It is supposed that a sound health is ensured through the establishment of a right balance among different elements. Keeping this in view, we have included lots of pranayama, asana, mudras and poses in the course. These pranayama and asana assist in providing flexibility to the muscles and also in removing the negative energy of the body.

Anant Yoga School Rishikesh would train you in several aspects of Yoga starting from asanas, pranayama and meditation and continuing through the teaching of the art of composing yoga classes, focusing on anatomy and physiology with a stress on teaching practicum and teaching methodology.

In our 300 hour yoga certification. There will be lots of opportunities for you to teach. From day one, you will start teaching and progress to teach larger groups. You will be guided for how to improve and enhance your teaching skills and how to plan and structure a class in the future. You will also have regular opportunities to assist and adjust practitioners in classes. You will also learn how to incorporate these practices into a yoga class and how to encourage and incorporate Pranayama into your student's daily sadhana practice.

Refund Policy

It is suggested that all students carefully consider the time and resources required for the course before applying for the teacher training course at Anant Yoga School.

The advance deposit that submitted for YTTC 100, 200, 300, 500 or any retreats and workshops is not refundable. In case of any emergencies, if the student can’t attend the course, Anant Yoga School can permit them to join another scheduled course within 12 months.

No Refunds, Credits or Transfers are done on cancellation, during or after the course starts.
