300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh. We concentrate on the art of teaching yoga, sequencing of yoga classes we will train you in several aspects of Yoga. Yoga starting from asanas, pranayama &meditation, through the art of composing yoga classes, to anatomy and philosophy, with an accent on teaching practicum and teaching methodology.

In our 300 hour yoga certification. There will be lots of opportunities for you to teach. From day one, you will start teaching one-on-one and progress to teach larger groups. You will be guided on how to improve and enhance your teaching skills and how to plan and structure a class. You will also have regular opportunities to assist and adjust practitioners in asana classes. You will also learn how to incorporate these practices into a yoga class and how to encourage and incorporate Pranayama into your student's daily sadhana practice.

Yoga is fundamentally a Sanskrit expression which means a right balance in body and soul. As per the viewpoint of yoga, these three elements are very crucial to catch the healthy mind and body. It is supposed that health can only be completed if one establishes a right balance in between the different elements. It contains lots of pranayama, asana, mudras, and poses. These pranayama and asana assist a bunch in providing flexibility to the muscles, as a result removing the negative energy of the body.

Refund Policy

It is suggested that all students carefully consider the time and resources required for the course before applying for the teacher training course at Anant Yoga School.

The advance deposit that submitted for YTTC 100, 200, 300, 500 or for any retreats and workshops is not refundable.
In case of any emergencies, if the student can't attend the course, Anant Yoga School can permit them to join other scheduled course within the period of 12 months.

No Refunds, Credits or Transfers are done on cancellation, during or after the course starts.
