300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course

Welcome to the 300- Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. This course is an up-gradation of the 200 hours of teacher training. Those who have completed the 200- hour teacher training course are eligible for the 300- hour course. This course is meant to take your learning to the next level and you would learn advanced yoga steps amidst a holistic environment. Yoga has the power of healing mind and body and it also helps one connect with the soul.

Yoga is fundamentally a Sanskrit expression which means a right balance of body, mind, and soul. As per the viewpoint of yoga, a harmonious balance of the three elements is crucial for health. It is supposed that sound health is ensured through the establishment of a right balance among different elements. Keeping this in view, we have included lots of pranayama, asana, mudras and poses in the course. This pranayama and asana assist in providing flexibility to the muscles and also in removing the negative energy of the body.

Anant Yoga School would train you in several aspects of Yoga starting from asanas, pranayama, and meditation and continuing through the teaching of the art of composing yoga classes, focusing on anatomy and physiology with stress on teaching practicum and teaching methodology.

Our aim is to prepare you to be a Mentor, to enable you to design classes, suitable for all levels of students with different challenges and needs.

There would be lots of opportunities for you to teach. From day one, you would start teaching and soon you would start teaching larger groups. You would be guided on how to improve and enhance your teaching skills and how to plan and structure a class in the future. You would also have regular opportunities to assist and adjust the practitioners in the classes. You would also learn how to incorporate these practices into a yoga class and how to encourage and incorporate Pranayama into your students’ daily sadhana practice.

Refund Policy

It is suggested that all students carefully consider the time and resources required for the course before applying for the teacher training course at Anant Yoga School.

The advance deposit that submitted for YTTC 100, 200, 300, 500 or for any retreats and workshops is not refundable.
In case of any emergencies, if the student can’t attend the course, Anant Yoga School can permit them to join other scheduled course within the period of 12 months.

No Refunds, Credits or Transfers are done on cancellation, during or after the course starts.
