In our Techniques, Training and Practice ( TTP ) you will learn Group Asana Practice, Standing and Balancing Postures, Sitting Postures,Twisting Postures, Forward Bending and Backward Bending Postures, Arm Balancing Postures, Stabilizing Postures,Hip Opening Postures, Inverted Postures, Restorative Postures, Classic Sun Salutations, Shatkarma kriya, Introduction to Mudras, Mantra and Meditation, Yoga Nidra for beginner, Bandhas and Drishti. Through this training and practice you will learn how to teach others, practice the techniques yourselves, and also observe and analyse yourself.
During the 200 hours yoga teacher training course in rishikesh, you will be led through yoga classes by the learned instructors in order to experience and evaluate yoga asanas. Each session is designed to support the learning objectives for the particular objective of each training day (asana, pranayama, mudra, Bandha, chakras, sequencing, meditation, yoga nidra theming, etc). After the experience, you will have an opportunity to discuss and evaluate the sequencing of asana, pranayama and class structure as there is always time set aside for questions & answers.
In 200 hours yoga teacher training course, you will learn standing and balancing yoga postures, Sitting Postures, Twisting Postures, Forward and backward bending postures, Arm Balancing Postures, Hip Opening Postures, Inverted Postures etc, You willl gain an undetstanding of the psychology behind each posture through observing it's execution. Similarly, you will learn how to apply your knowledge of the asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, mediation and yoga nidra on the mat and off the mat in your own daily life; how these make us centered and grounded.
In Mudra session you will learn how Yoga Mudras work as a part of the yoga discipline, allowing your vital energy to heal many kinds of diseases. You will learn about the secrets of mudras and how to use them to heal body, mind and sprit.
In our 200 hours yoga teacher training course in rishikesh , You will learn various pranayama techniques. There will be included: Bhastrika pranayama, Nadi Shodhana pranayama, Ujjayi pranayama, Sheetali pranayama, Seetkari pranayama, Kapalabhati pranayama, Brahmari pranayama and many more ancient and rare techniques. You will also learn how to incorporate these practices into a yoga class and how to encourage and incorporate Pranayama into your student's daily sadhana practice.
You will learn also various powerful mantras and meditation technique and the specific science behind mantra and meditation practice.
We will teach you Yoga Nidra and power of Sankalpa (resolve) in Yoga Nidra. You will learn and develop skills to teach and heal others, through the practice and science of Yoga Nidra.
Through our yoga teacher training, you will learn about the four bandhas (locks): Mula bandha, Uddiyana bandha, Jalandhara bandha and Mahabandha, the philosophy behind each of these bandhas, how to teach them, and the benefits of using them during asana and pranayama.
Through daily practice, observation and discussion and direct experience, you will learn all about yoga Asana, Yoga Mudras, Bandhas. Pranayamas, Meditation and yoga nidra etc.
This will include the anatomy of the yoga posture, awareness, modifications, variations, common mis-alignments, benefits, contraindications, form and action. You will be able to verbally cue others into proper alignment of each yoga posture and will be able to explain the benefits of each these yoga postures through your own understanding of the importance of focus and concentration.
During the 200 hours yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, you will learn how you can allow your body, mind and soul to unwind and create internal peace and awareness through restorative postures.
In our yoga teacher training course you will learn details of Surya Namaskar or classic Sun salutation and Chandra Namaskar or Moon salutation and it's sequential combination of the twelve and forteen yogic postures which when performed dynamically in synchrony with the breath, teach you how you can meditate through movement.
During the Yoga TTC, through daily practice, you will learn analytical and practical training of Shatkarma kriya and the Six purification techniques, which are highly valuable in healing internal disorders. There are six main groups of yogic cleansers: Nasal cleaning, cleansing of the digestive tract, abdominal massage, colon cleaning, purification and vitalisation of the frontal lobes and blinkless gazing.

The advance deposit that submitted for YTTC 100, 200, 300, 500 or for any retreats and workshops is not refundable.
In case of any emergencies if student can't attend the course, Anant Yoga School can permit them to join other scheduled course within the period of 12 months.
